2. Service Description

Muskl is an AI-powered workout planning application. The service includes:

  • AI-generated personalized workout programs.
  • Automatic session adaptation based on your performance.
  • Progress and performance tracking.
  • Fun comparisons and motivational statistics.

3. Registration and Account

To use Muskl, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security measures.
  • Not use the service in an abusive, fraudulent, or illegal manner.
  • Not copy, modify, or distribute app content without authorization.

5. Health Disclaimer

Muskl is not a substitute for medical advice. AI-generated workout programs are provided for informational purposes only. Before starting any exercise program, consult a healthcare professional, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.

You use the workout programs at your own risk. MSL Innov SAS shall not be held liable for any injury resulting from use of the application.

6. Intellectual Property

The Muskl application, its content, features, and design are the exclusive property of MSL Innov SAS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Muskl may offer free features and paid subscriptions. Pricing terms are displayed in the app before any purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSL Innov SAS disclaims all liability for:

  • Temporary service interruptions or unavailability.
  • Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Training results, which depend on numerous individual factors.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through the app. By continuing to use the service after notification, you accept the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Albi, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
